Happy Anniversary!
It's been a few weeks since our last update on the construction project at Grace, but don't worry, things are still moving forward! Despite some rainy weather that slowed things down a bit, our crew has been hard at work on the plumbing and electrical systems. We've also had more concrete poured in, and we're expecting the entire foundation slab to be completed in the coming weeks.
Once that foundation slab is in place, it's like magic - walls will start popping up, and we'll finally start to see some vertical progress. It's an exciting time for us, and we can't wait to see the building really taking shape.
But before we get too caught up in the present, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past year. This Sunday marks the one-year anniversary of our FORWARD Initiative at Grace, and what a year it's been! With God's grace and faithfulness, we've seen so many amazing things happen.
It's been a busy year, but it's also been a year filled with hope and excitement. We're so grateful for all that's been accomplished so far, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for Grace.
Of course, we couldn't do any of this without the support of our community. We're so grateful for all of the volunteers who have given their time and energy to make sure Sundays happen without complications, especially with parking during construction. And, of course, our Grace family who continue to faithfully give to this Initiative.
As we look ahead to the coming months, we're filled with anticipation and excitement. We know that there will be challenges along the way, but we're confident that with God's help and the support of our community, we'll be able to overcome anything that comes our way. We can't wait to see the completed building and all of the amazing things that will happen there.
In the meantime, we'll keep you updated on the progress of the construction project. We're so grateful for all of your support and encouragement, and we can't wait to continue this journey with you all.
